Last day in Canada, flying out that evening. What better way to spend it than getting lost in Stanley Park — wandering through the botanic gardens and deep into an endless maze of trails through enormous redwoods, until you stumble out the other side onto the edge of the bay. The water laps gently. Cargo ships drift past in a slow chain, each heading somewhere. I wasn't quite ready to be heading somewhere yet.
